Why we are building Vihara
Important school information often ends up spread across spreadsheets, inboxes, paper forms, and websites that only a specialist can update. The result is duplicated work and less time for the people a school serves.
Vihara brings the core workflows together: maintaining student records, handling admissions, managing staff access, and publishing a useful school website.
Our approach
We favour clear language, predictable workflows, and sensible boundaries. Schools should be able to understand where information lives, who can access it, and what will happen before they press a button.
Early access
Vihara is under active development. We are inviting schools gradually so we can learn from real administrative work and keep the product focused.
